  • Dinner event on Saturday, 14th October: Your ticket is a formal sit-down event including a four-course meal paired with local wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages as well as live entertainment. Tickets for the dinner event are $230 each plus booking fees.

    Lunch event on Sunday, 15th October: Your ticket is a stand-up event including cocktail-style lunch accompanied by local wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages as well as live entertainment. Tickets for the lunch event are $150 each plus booking fees. Skipper’s Tickets (no alcohol) are $100 plus booking fees.

  • No. The Bus service ticket to and from Collie or Bunbury needs to be purchased in addition to your event ticket.

    Bus transport tickets are $25 each plus booking fees.

  • When you purchase your ticket through Eventbrite, you will be prompted to provide your dietary requirements during the purchase process. If you are unsure if this has been entered, please email our Events Manager at events@joodea.com.au with specific details including your full name. Dietary requests are required by Friday, 6th October 2023.

  • Yes you can for the Dinner event. This year we will have a full seating plan so if you have purchased multiple tickets, we will put your name on all the seats. If you prefer individual names OR want to sit with others that have purchased on a separate order, full list of names must be sent to the Event Manager at events@joodea.com.au before Friday, 6th October 2023.

  • The style of the lunch event is a casual stand-up cocktail lunch. There will be adequate tables and chairs for guests to sit at, however, it is not a formal sit-down event.

  • The dress code for the dinner event is formal.

    The lunch event is smart casual.

    Please be mindful of the weather and bring a jacket for cooler conditions, bring a hat for warm/sunny conditions etc.

    For both events please consider appropriate footwear based on the outdoor setting and steps.

  • It is suggested that guests book the bus transport service on offer from Collie or Bunbury. This is booked through Eventbrite.

    Dinner - Saturday, 14 October

    Please park at the top carpark near the lookout. You can then choose to take a shuttle bus to the quarry, OR walk the steps down. We will have the steps well-lit, but please ensure you wear appropriate footwear if you take this option.

    Lunch - Sunday, 15 October

    Please park at the top carpark near the lookout. There is no shuttle bus for the lunch so just walk down the pathway. Please ensure you wear appropriate footwear.

  • Dinner event on Saturday, 14th October

    The Collie bus will depart at

    5:15pm from the PCYC Car Park.

    5:20pm from the Collie Ridge Hotel.

    5:35pm from the Allanson Bus Stop, Coalfields Road.

    Lunch event on Sunday, 15th October

    The Collie bus will depart at

    10:15am from the PCYC Car Park.

    10:20am from the Collie Ridge Hotel.

    10:35am from the Allanson Bus Stop, Coalfields Road.

  • Dinner event on Saturday, 14th October: The Bunbury bus will depart at 5:10pm from Bicentennial Square on Blair Street, Bunbury.

    Lunch event on Sunday, 15th October: The Bunbury bus will depart at 10:10am from Bicentennial Square on Blair Street, Bunbury.

  • In the lead-up to the Feast at the Quarry weekend, an online auction will be live with a number of prizes up for grabs. Visit the Silent Auction page for more information or visit the GalaBid page where you can bid. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to Telethon.

  • As per the booking Terms and Conditions, refunds are not available except in exceptional circumstances which are outlined in Live Performance Australia’s Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Events in Australia. Transaction charges will not be refunded except at the discretion of the Shire of Collie.

    2. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and in such an event, the patron will oblige by any and all refund or cancellation policies as applicable.

    3. Patrons may be asked for proof of age status at the event in the circumstance of serving of alcohol. Absence of proof will prevent service.

    4. Management reserves the right to restrict the use of cameras and recording equipment.

    5. Eventbrite sells tickets on behalf of event organisers who are responsible for their event. All claims are to be directed to the Shire of Collie.

    6. The Shire of Collie reserves the right to modify the schedule, content, location, pricing, capacity and format of their event.

    7. Purchased tickets may not be re-sold above their face value. Such tickets may be cancelled without refund.

    8. COVID-19 & Government-directed closures: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to government directives, the Shire of Collie will follow the standard terms and conditions that were applicable at the time of ticket purchase.
